Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York, New York U.S.A. is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of strong but vulnerable characters. Linney was born into the theatre of her family, with her father, Romulus Linney was a playwright. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City was her first stop in 1990. She appeared in the city on Broadway her first performance in the year 1990.
