Colson Kelly, or Machine Gun Kelly is best recognized for his unique way he raps. Baker was born into an English Scottish German family in Houston, Texas U.S.A., on April 22nd in 1991. His parents are missionaries. As a child the Bakers traveled extensively together. James Colson Baker battled depression and unemployment, and his Mother Sonia Alane dumped him at age 9. After that, Baker and his father relocated to Denver which was where they resided with his father's aunt. Baker was a target of bullying because he lived in poverty among the kids. As he entered sixth grade, Baker began to study the art of rap. Colson Kelly was born as Machine Gun Kelly on April 22nd, 1989 in Texas. With his music, he is known for blending hip-hop trends of the present and rock. Prior to signing with Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes from 2007 to 2010. The Cleveland rapper, who wrote songs at the speed of a bullet speeding through the air experienced an explosive rise when, at the end of 2011, Baker switched from self-released tracks to well-known labels. Then, his fame increased exponentially as every albums charted inside the top 10 albums.
